Profiles arrive in different formats. Shortlists are manual. Meeting follow-up disappears after the event. Plexus is designed as one shared operating layer for structured profiles, operator-governed matching and visible next actions.

The essentials for program operators and participating businesses. Availability and scope are confirmed for each approved program.
Back to PlexusWho is Plexus designed for?
Plexus is designed for chambers, trade bodies, associations and event organizers that run cross-border business programs, and for the participating companies they invite or approve.
Is Plexus available to use today?
Plexus is in pre-launch. Selected workflows are being prepared and validated with approved pilot programs. Contact the team to confirm what is available for your program.
What can a program operator manage?
Depending on the approved scope, an operator can organize company intake, structured profiles, reviewed introductions, mutual acceptance, meetings, agreements, event information, resources and accountable follow-up.
How does business matching work?
Structured profile information may help identify relevant connections. The program operator reviews context before sharing an opportunity, and both businesses choose whether it should move forward.
Can a business join without a program operator?
Participation is normally connected to an approved organization or program. A business can contact Plexus to discuss the relevant program or ask about a pre-event service.
Which languages are supported?
This public website supports English, Bahasa Malaysia and Simplified Chinese. Protected workspaces can support additional configured product languages; each organization's language scope is confirmed during onboarding.
How is pricing determined?
Pre-launch pricing is by consultation. Scope depends on the program, participant volume, enabled modules, language requirements and the level of onboarding or operational support.
How are decisions and data handled?
Matching, compliance, legal, credit and provider decisions remain human-governed. Access is scoped by role, organization and company, with only explicitly shared workflow records available to participating companies.
What happens after a meeting?
Where enabled, the workflow can record outcomes, agreement progress, ownership and the next responsible action so follow-up does not disappear after the event.
How do I start?
Choose Discuss your program for a program-operator inquiry. For a specific upcoming visit, use the pre-event service to describe your objectives, target connections and practical support needs.
